Actually, I think we can dance at the brink on the 18th, as long as we start late. Like 9:45 to 11:30. I'll post again when this is confirmed.

Hey, any news on the 18th?

Could use a little set-up help tonight ...

I just got off the phone with the Brink folks about tonight. We are in the main show room starting at 9:30pm just like the schedule at the top of this post say.

HOWEVER ... the management says that the group using the room starting at 7pm ahead of us is scheduled to finish up "around 9" which means that 9 is probably the earliest set up can begin and might have to start later.

I know from experience that 1/2 hour is pretty tight for one person doing set up and doing it in less than that makes it even tighter.

I will be at the Brink before 9 and ready to begin set up. If anyone can help to move things along faster, that will increase the odds of the dance starting and ending on time.

Any help will be greatly appreciated even if you can't get there right at 9. In fact, the closer it gets to 9:30, the more an extra pair of hands or two will help get things finished up on time.

Do we usually send out an email when there is a location change or is it expected that people will check the website and/or forum for details? Some out of town people came to Madison last night and didn't know about the Main Street Yoga switch. They said they usually get a uwswing email letting them know about changes. Is this the usual practice? Thought I'd ask and pass on the info for future reference...

FYI, according to the Brink's website this Wednesday (the 26th, aka tomorrow) dancing doesn't start until 10pm. Consider yourselves warned =)
